GRANT-IN-AID APPLICATION FORM 2025_2026
FINANSIËLE HULPTOELAAG (2025 – 2026)
Die Raad van die Breedevallei Munisipaliteit het ’n toekenningsbeleid aanvaar met die oog daarop om ’n raamwerk daar te stel om hulptoelae te skenk aan organisasies wat behoeftiges bedien of wat deur die regering gebruik word as agent om behoeftiges te bedien, soos voorsien in Artikel 67 van die Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Finansiële Bestuurswet, 2003 (Wet 56 van 2003).
Kwalifiserende organisasies word hiermee genooi om aansoek te doen vir ’n hulptoekenning in ooreenstemming met die voorwaardes soos uiteengesit in die aansoekdokumente. Gemelde dokumente sal gratis beskikbaar wees en kan as volg bekom word:
• by Breedevallei Munisipaliteit, Voorsieningskanaal-eenheid, Baringstraat 51B, Worcester;
• by enige van die munisipale administratiewe kantore (Touwsrivier, De Doorns, Rawsonville);
• by die ontvangstoonbank, munisipale kantore, Baringstraat 30, Worcester;
• per e-pos aansoek aan te vra, na rjoseph@bvm.gov.za;

GRANT-IN-AID (2025 – 2026)
The Council of the Breede Valley Municipality adopted a grant-in-aid policy with a view to establishing a framework to provide relief grants to organisations serving those in need or used by government as an agent to serve those in need, as provided for in Section 67 of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act 56 of 2003).
Eligible organisations are hereby invited to apply for an aid award in accordance with the conditions set out in the application documents. The said documents will be available free of charge and can be obtained as follows:
• from the Breede Valley Municipality, Supply Chain Unit, 51B Baring Street, Worcester;
• from any of the municipal administrative offices (Touwsrivier, De Doorns, Rawsonville);
• at the front desk of the municipal offices, 30 Baring Street, Worcester;
• by email request to rjoseph@bvm.gov.za; and
• from the Municipal web page at www.bvm.gov.za.
