NOTICE CALLING FOR PUBLIC COMMENT: BREEDE VALLEY MUNICIPALITY’S DRAFT ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE 2019-2020 FINANCIAL PERIOD

Notice is hereby given in terms of section 127 (5) (a) (i) and (ii) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act (No 56 of 2003), read together with the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act Exemption Notice 851 as well as Section 21(A) of the Municipal Systems Act (No. 32 of 2000); that the Breede Valley Municipality’s Draft 2019-2020 Annual Report is available for perusal at the following venues, as well as attached to this article, as from Thursday, 1 April 2021.

Submissions on the Draft Report:

Persons wishing to comment on the Draft 2019-2020 Annual Report, must please do so in writing or telephonically. Kindly forward submissions to the Administrator: Performance Management (Mrs. Jeandre Hendriks) at jeandre@bvm.gov.za or 023 348 2612. Written submissions may also be hand-delivered to the IDP/PMS office (second floor, BVM Civic Centre, 30 Baring Street, Worcester). Persons who are unable to read and/or write, will be assisted by Mrs. Hendriks during office hours at the abovementioned address.

Please quote the following reference in all correspondence issued in this regard: “Comments: BVM Draft 2019-2020 Annual Report”.

Deadline for submissions of comments/inputs: Thursday, 15 April 2021 at 16:30

KENNISGEWING VIR OPENBARE KOMMENTAAR: KONSEP JAARVERSLAG VAN DIE BREEDEVALLEI MUNISIPALITEIT VIR DIE 2019-2020 FINANSIëLE PERIODE

Kennis geskied hiermee ingevolge artikel 127 (5) (a) (i) en (ii) van die Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Bestuurswet (Nr 56 van 2003), tesame met die Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Bestuurswet Vrystellingskennisgewing 851 asook artikel 21(A) van die Munisipale Stelselswet (Nr 32 van 2000); dat die Konsep 2019-2020 Jaarverslag van die Breedevallei Munisipaliteit vanaf Donderdag, 1 April 2021 ter insae beskikbaar sal wees by die volgende kantore, asook onderaan hierdie artikel.

Persone wat kommentaar wil lewer op die 2019-2020 Konsep Jaarverslag, word versoek om dit skriftelik of telefonies aan die Administrateur: Prestasiebestuur (mev. Jeandre Hendriks) by jeandre@bvm.gov.za of 023 348 2612 te rig. Skriftelike kommentaar mag ook by die GOP/PB kantoor ingedien word (tweede vloer, BVM Burgersentrum, Baringstraat 30, Worcester). Diegene wat nie kan lees en/of skryf nie, kan die bogenoemde adres gedurende kantoorure besoek, waar Mev. Hendriks u sal bystaan.

Gebruik asseblief die volgende verwysing in alle korrespondensie wat in die verband gerig word: “Kommentaar: BVM 2019-2020 Konsep Jaarverslag”.
