BVM is pleased to announce the official launch of its new mobile platform, the Collab Citizen App, effective from 1 July 2025. This upgrade marks an exciting step forward in how BVM communicates and interacts with the community, ensuring faster, more personalized, and more efficient service delivery.
The Collab Citizen App replaces the previous BVM Digital app, which has now been discontinued.
Why the New App?
The Collab Citizen App has been designed to improve the citizen experience by offering more tailored information, quicker access to municipal services, and easier reporting of service delivery concerns. It also allows direct access to key municipal officials and important website resources — all in one place.
