| NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 116(3) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT: MUNICIPAL FINANCE MANAGEMENT ACT (ACT 56 OF 2003), FOR THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF CONTRACT:

| The Breede Valley Municipality hereby gives notice in terms of Section 116 (3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act (No. 56 of 2003), as amended, of its intention to amend the contractual appointment of ERSBIO (Pty) Ltd, under contract reference BVD 470 for the procurement of ERSBIO License fees.
The contract shall be amended to expand the existing scope and services under the same contract terms and conditions. Any interested person, body, or party can submit written representations, comments, or objections regarding Breede Valley Municipality’s envisaged intent to amend the contract. Any comments or representations against the proposed amendments must be properly motivated in writing and must submitted by no later than Monday, 6 May 2024, at 11:00. Such comments or representations must be deposited in the tender box in a sealed envelope, clearly endorsed COMMENTS ON NOTICE OF AMENDMENT OF EXISTING AGREEMENT WITH: ERSBIO (Pty) Ltd – BVD 470 – (ERSBIO license fees – 36 months) All submissions must be addressed to: The Municipal Manager Supply Chain Management Tender box Breede Valley Municipality 53/ 53b Baring Street Worcester 6850 Persons who are unable to read or write but wish to participate in the process will be assisted by Mr. J. Gordon at the Breede Valley Municipality Supply Chain Offices, 51b Baring Street, Worcester, to transcribe their comments/ representations during office hours by appointment. |
