LEASE OF PROPERTY AT NEKKIES RESORT,

PORTION 4 OF THE FARM DE KOPPEN NO. 375,

FOR THE PURPOSES OF OPERATING A CAFÉ ONLY.

PERIOD OF LEASE: 1 DECEMBER 2024 TO 31 MARCH 2025  

 

Existing businesses, whose main offices are based within the jurisdiction of the Breede Valley Municipality, are hereby invited to submit bids to lease the above-mentioned property for operating a café only.

 

Interested persons can request or collect bid documents from the Supply Chain Management Offices, 51B Baring Street, Worcester. Documents must be requested or collected by Friday, 15 November 2024, during office hours, Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 13:00 and 13:30 – 15:00.

 

During the submission of bid documents, interested bidders must attach proof that their businesses are in existence and operational, registered in their names. All technical enquiries shall be directed to Mr. Fanie Swarts at fswartz@bvm.gov.za

 

Bid submissions, in properly sealed envelopes and clearly marked on the outside “RENTAL OF NEKKIES CAFE” shall be placed in the tender box at Breede Valley Municipal Credit Control offices, 53 Baring Street, Worcester, by not later than 11:00 on Friday, 22 November 2024. Telephonic, telegraphic, telex, facsimile, electronic, or e-mailed bids will not be accepted. If the bid is late, it will not be accepted for consideration.

 

Breede Valley Municipality shall apply the relevant pieces of legislation to evaluate this bid.
