| NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 116(3) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT: MUNICIPAL FINANCE MANAGEMENT ACT (ACT 56 OF 2003), FOR THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE EXISTING AGREEMENT WITH THE FOLLOWING SERVICE PROVIDER:

| The Breede Valley Municipality hereby gives notice in terms of Section 116 (3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act (No. 56 of 2003), as amended, of its intention to amend the contractual appointment of Business Engineering (Pty) Ltd under contract reference, BVA 141/2024: Document, archiving and automated process and workflow system.
The contract shall be amended to expand the existing scope and services under the same contract terms and conditions. Any interested person, body or party is hereby invited to submit written representations, comments or objections regarding Breede Valley Municipality’s envisage intent to amend these contracts. Any comments or representations against the proposed amendments must be properly motivated in writing and must be submitted by no later than Monday, 17 March 2025 at 11:00. Such comments or representations must be deposited in the tender box, in a sealed envelope, clearly endorsed: COMMENTS ON NOTICE OF AMENDMENT OF EXISITING AGREEMENTS WITH: BUSINESS ENGINEERING PTY LTD (BVA 141/2024 – Document Archiving and automated process and workflow system)
