Notice regarding the “EPWP Law Enforcement Officers” opportunity

BVM would like to inform and attract interest from qualifying beneficiaries who meet the requisite criteria:

Project Description: EPWP Law Enforcement Officers

Employment Type & Duration: EPWP contract, valid until 30 June 2026

Minimum Requirements:

• • Grade 12
  • No criminal record
  • Speak at least two of the three (3) official languages of the Western Cape
  • South African citizen
  • At least a valid B driving license
  • Accredited Peace Officer and Traffic Warden Certificate
  • Unemployed and not registered on any other Learnership or Internship (prospective beneficiaries must be registered on BVM’s job-seeker database)
  • Must reside within the Breede Valley Municipal Area

Required Documents:

• • Certified copy of Identity Document
  • Certified copy of Grade 12 Certificate
  • Certified copy of your driving license
  • Certified copy of your Peace Officer and Traffic Warden Certificate
  • Proof of name clearance or proof of police clearance, not older than 6 months
  • Completed Curriculum Vitae

Special Instructions:

• • Prospective beneficiaries must collect and complete an EPWP Database Registration Form (available on the municipal website via the following link ((BVM EPWP Database Registration Form_03062022)) and/or physically at the EPWP Office), that must accompany the application
  • All applications must be submitted at the EPWP Office
