Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000), that the Council, at its sitting on Wednesday, 30 July 2025, conditionally approved the 2025/26 Customer Service Charter (CSC), subject to a call for public comments and/or representations (Council Resolution: C156/2025).
Accordingly, the draft CSC is now available for public inspection and comment.
Interested parties and stakeholders are invited to submit written comments or representations on the draft CSC to:
