Notice is hereby given, in terms of Section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act (Act 32 of 2000), read together with Section 53(3)(b) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act (Act 56 of 2003), that the 2025/26 Performance Agreements of the Municipal Manager and Directors was formally concluded in accordance with Section 57 (2) of the Municipal Systems Act.
The agreements were submitted to the municipal Council for notification under Resolution C168/2025.
