RESOLVED:

That in respect of –

THE QUARTERLY PERFORMANCE REPORT FOR THE FIRST QUARTER

(1 JULY 2025 – 30 SEPTEMBER 2025),

as discussed by Council at the Council meeting held on 29 October 2025, resolution number C179/2025:

1. That Council takes note of the Quarter 1 SDBIP Performance Report and the Top-Layer KPI Report for the period 1 July 2025 – 30 September 2025.
2. That Council notes that the reports will be published on the municipal website and circulated to governmental stakeholders in accordance with the applicable legislative prescripts.
