Notice is hereby given in terms of sections 121 and 129(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003) as well as section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act (Act No. 32 of 2000) that Council, at its meeting held on 12 December 2024 and under Council Resolution C101/2024, adopted the 2023/2024 Oversight Report and approved the 2023/2024 Annual Report without reservations.

The Council resolution and all other relevant documents are available at all libraries and municipal town offices during normal office hours and are also displayed on the Breede Valley Municipality’s website at: www.bvm.gov.za.
