CALL FOR PUBLIC COMMENTS AND INPUTS: DRAFT ANNUAL REPORT 2023-2024
This communication serves as a friendly reminder to the public that the Draft 2023-2024 Annual Report will be ready today for distribution and public comments at the following venues and on the municipal website: http://www.bvm.gov.za.
MUNICIPAL OFFICES
All municipal administrative offices (Worcester, Rawsonville, De Doorns, Touwsrivier)
LIBRARIES
Waterloo, Esselen Park, Avian Park, Zwelethemba, Rawsonville, De Doorns, Touwsrivier, Steenvliet (Touwsrivier)
SUBMISSIONS ON THE DRAFT REPORT
Persons wishing to comment on the Draft 2023-2024 Annual Report must please do so in writing or telephonically. Kindly forward submissions to the Administrator: Performance Management (Mrs. Jeandre Hendriks) at jeandre@bvm.gov.za or 023 348 2612. Written submissions may also be hand-delivered to the IDP/PMS office (53B Baring Street, Human Resources Offices, Worcester).
- Persons who are unable to read and/or write will be assisted by Mrs. Hendriks during office hours at the abovementioned address.
- Please quote the following reference in all correspondence issued in this regard: “Comments: BVM Draft 2023-2024 Annual Report”.
- Deadline for submissions of comments/inputs: Wednesday, 11 December 2024 @ 15:00
