Kennis geskied hiermee ingevolge artikel 127 (5)(a)(i) en (ii) van die Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Finansiële Bestuurswet (Nr 56 van 2003), tesame met artikel 21(A) van die Munisipale Stelselswet (Nr 32 van 2000); dat die Konsep 2024-2025 Jaarverslag van die Breedevallei Munisipaliteit vanaf Donderdag, 4 Desember 2025 ter insae beskikbaar sal wees by die volgende kantore, asook op die munisipale webtuiste by: http://www.bvm.gov.za

Persone wat kommentaar wil lewer op die 2024-2025 Konsep Jaarverslag, word versoek om dit per e-pos of telefonies aan die Administrateur: Prestasiebestuur (Mev. Jeandre Hendriks) by jeandre@bvm.gov.za of 023 348 2612 te rig. Skriftelike kommentaar mag ook by die GOP/PB kantoor ingedien word (Baringstraat 53B, Menslikehulpbronne Kantore, Worcester), of enige van die administratiewe kantore in die geval van die buite dorpe (De Doorns, Rawsonville en Touwsrivier). Diegene wat nie kan lees en/of skryf nie, kan die bogenoemde adresse gedurende kantoorure besoek, waar Mev. Hendriks of ‘n alternatiewe amptenaar u sal bystaan. Belanghebbendes word uitgenooi na spesiale publieke deelname geleenthede by die bogenoemde dorp kantore op Vrydag, 09 Januarie 2026, tussen 11:00 en 13:00, waar aangewese amptenare beskikbaar sal wees om direkte bystand en ondersteuning te bied met die vaslegging van openbare voorleggings.

Gebruik asseblief die volgende verwysing in alle korrespondensie wat in die verband gerig word: “Kommentaar: BVM 2024-2025 Konsep Jaarverslag”.

NOTICE CALLING FOR PUBLIC COMMENT: DRAFT ANNUAL REPORT OF THE BREEDE VALLEY MUNICIPALITY FOR THE 2024-2025 FINANCIAL PERIOD

Notice is hereby given in terms of section 127 (5)(a)(i) and (ii) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act (No 56 of 2003), read together with Section 21(A) of the Municipal Systems Act (No. 32 of 2000); that the Draft 2024-2025 Annual Report of the Breede Valley Municipality will be available for perusal from Thursday, 4 December 2025 (after the Council meeting) at the following offices, as well as on the municipal website: http://www.bvm.gov.za.

Submissions on the Draft Report:

Persons wishing to comment on the 2024-2025 Draft Annual Report are requested to submit their comments via e-mail or telephonically to the Administrator: Performance Management (Mrs. Jeandre Hendriks) at jeandre@bvm.gov.za or 023 348 2612. Written submissions may also be hand-delivered to the IDP/PMS office (53B Baring Street, Human Resources Offices, Worcester), or at any of the administrative offices in the outlying towns (De Doorns, Rawsonville and Touwsrivier). Persons who are unable to read and/or write, will be assisted by Mrs. Hendriks or an alternative official during office hours at the abovementioned address. Interested parties are invited to attend a dedicated engagement session at the aforementioned town offices on Friday, 09 January 2026, between 11:00 and 13:00, where designated officials will be available to provide direct assistance and support in capturing public representations.

Please quote the following reference in all correspondence issued in this regard: “Comments: BVM Draft 2024-2025 Annual Report”.

Deadline for submissions of comments/inputs: Friday, 09 January 2026 at 13:00.
