| NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 116(3) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT: MUNICIPAL FINANCE MANAGEMENT ACT (ACT 56 OF 2003), FOR THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE EXISTING AGREEMENT WITH THE FOLLOWING SERVICE PROVIDER:

| The Breede Valley Municipality hereby gives notice in terms of Section 116 (3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act (No. 56 of 2003), as amended, of its intention to amend the contractual appointment of C. De La Rosa T/A De La Rosa Trailers, under contract reference BV 1078/2024 for the provision cleaning, collection, transportation and disposal of 3m3 skips (containers) within the Breede Valley Municipal area for a period ending 30 June 2027.
The contract shall be amended to expand the existing scope and services under the same contract terms and conditions. Any interested person, body or party is hereby invited to submit written representations, comments or objections regarding Breede Valley Municipality’s envisage intent to amend these contracts. Any comments or representations against the proposed amendments must be properly motivated in writing and must submitted by no later than Friday,09 January 2026 at 11:00.
