The Breede Valley Municipality hereby gives notice in terms of Section 116 (3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act (No. 56 of 2003), as amended, of its intention to amend the contractual appointment of Linux Based System Design SA (Pty) Ltd, under contract reference BV 1106/2024 for the provision and maintenance of internet and related services for a period ending 30 June 2028.
