2025-2026 FINANCIAL YEAR

ADJUSTMENT BUDGET 25 AUGUST 2025: ROLL-OVER FUNDING FROM 2024-2025

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 28(2)(e) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003), read together with Section 23(5) of the Municipal Budget and Reporting Regulations 2008, that Roll-Over funding was approved by Council on 25 August 2025, as per Council Resolution C167/2025.

In terms of Section 21A of the Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act No. 32 of 2000), Breede Valley Municipality hereby notifies the local community that the said Council Resolution and associated documents will be available for perusal at the following libraries, during normal office hours from 28 August 2025, as well as on the municipal website: www.bvm.gov.za
