Areas/Boundaries of the Ward

The ward is made up of the following land use zones

Formal Residential

Two residential areas have been identified namely Johnsons Park 1 and 2 as well as Noble Park.

Rivers

Ward 13 is made up largely of open spaces. A small section of the ward consists of residential areas.

Rivers: The Hex River flows through the ward towards the Brandvlei dam situated in adjacent Ward 12
