Areas/Boundaries of the Ward

The ward is made up of the following land use zones

Residential

Residential area within and surrounding the De Doorns CBD and two informal residential areas known as Hasie Square and Sportgronde Informal Settlements.

Agricultural

The area consists mainly of agricultural activities such as fruit and table grape farming.

Commercial

Several retail and commercial businesses are operated from the De Doorns CBD.
