Notice: Intention to amend contract BV 899/2021

NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 116(3) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT: MUNICIPAL FINANCE MANAGEMENT ACT (ACT 56 OF 2003), FOR THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF CONTRACT:

BREEDE VALLEY MUNICIPALITY/ MOTHEO CONSTRUCTION GROUP (PTY) LTD

The contract shall be amended to extend the existing scope and services under the same contract terms and conditions for a period ending 30 June 2026.

Any interested person, body, or party is hereby invited to submit written representations, comments, or objections regarding Breede Valley Municipality’s envisaged intent to amend the contract.

Any comments or representations against the proposed amendments must be properly motivated in writing and must submitted by no later than Thursday, 22 February 2024, at 11:00. Such comments or representations must be deposited in the tender box in a sealed envelope, clearly endorsed COMMENTS ON NOTICE OF AMENDMENT OF EXISTING AGREEMENT WITH:
