Customer Service Charter

Kennis word hiermee gegee dat die Kommunikasiestrategie sowel as die Kliëntedienshandves op 30 Mei 2023 voor die Raad ter tafel gelê en nou beskikbaar is vir kommentaar van die publiek. Enigiemand wat kommentaar op hierdie twee dokumente wil lewer, kan dit doen deur vertoë by Chad Malgas (cmalgas@bvm.gov.za) of Hannelie Botha (hbotha@bvm.gov.za) in te dien. Persone wat nie kan lees of skryf nie, kan die kommunikasiekantoor in die Menslike Hulpbronne-gebou in Baringstraat gedurende kantoorure besoek en sal in dié verband bygestaan word. Let asseblief daarop dat die sluitingsdatum vir kommentaar Donderdag, 15 Junie 2023 @ 13:00 is.

COMMUNICATION STRATEGY & CUSTOMER SERVICE CHARTER

Notice is hereby given that the Communication Strategy, as well as the Customer Service Charter, was tabled before Council on 30 May 2023 and are now available for comments from the public. Anybody wishing to comment on these two documents can do so by submitting representations to Chad Malgas (cmalgas@bvm.gov.za) or Hannelie Botha (hbotha@bvm.gov.za). Persons who cannot read or write may visit the Communications Office in the HR Building on Baring Street during office hours and will be assisted in this regard. Please note that the closing date for comments is Thursday, 15 June 2023, @ 13:00.
