Notice is hereby given in terms of sections 121 and 129(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003) as well as section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act (Act No. 32 of 2000) that Council, at its meeting held on 14 December 2023 and under Council Resolution C114/2023, approved and adopted the 2022/2023 Annual and Oversight Reports respectively.

The Council resolution and all other relevant documents are available at all libraries and municipal town offices during normal office hours and are also displayed on the Breede Valley Municipality’s website at: www.bvm.gov.za.
